Changes
• If you want to change the product, send us an email to [email protected] or by Whatsapp.
• You have 30 consecutive days after receiving the purchase to make the change - for the amount that appears on it.
• The product must not be used or have marks.
• Products purchased in the "Retro Outlet" physical store are exchanged at the same place of sale, for products of equal value.
Returns
• If you want to return the product, send us an email to [email protected] or by Whatsapp.
• You have 10 consecutive days after receiving the purchase to request a refund - for the amount that appears on it. The money will be returned by the same means by which the purchase was made.
• The product must not be used or have marks.
In both cases, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
